I'm not comfortable being on camera. Do I have to be in the video ad?
No, you do not have to appear on camera if you don’t want to. While having the business owner in the ad can be effective, it’s not a requirement. The ad works well with high-quality video clips of your team performing the service, your company vehicles on the job, or showcasing the excellent results of your work.
How much of my time will this require?
This is a hands-on implementation cohort. You should plan to attend two live Zoom sessions per week for four weeks. We will coordinate together with the cohort members to pick a good meeting time for everyone. These sessions are where we will build the system together, step-by-step. You will also have access to me via text for support during business hours to ensure you never get stuck.

What exactly do I need to have before starting the cohort?
To be ready for a successful launch, you will need four things:
- A Facebook Business Page with full admin access.
- An Instagram profile connected to your Facebook page.
- A budget of at least $10/day for your Meta ad campaigns.
- The ability to subscribe to GoHighLevel for about $100/month.
Why do I need a new, dedicated phone number?
We recommend a new, dedicated phone number for two critical reasons:
- It allows the GoHighLevel system to handle automated SMS text messages with your leads.
- It allows for perfect tracking, so you know every call and text from that number originated from your marketing system. To prevent spam, the FCC requires a one-time registration A2P setup fee to procure and integrate this new number directly into your automation system. The fee varies but it’s usually around $50.
What happens after the 4-week cohort ends?
After four weeks, you will have a complete, fully-operational marketing and sales system that you own and, more importantly, understand. You will have the skills to manage your ads and automations moving forward.
